A few years ago I made the habit of taking a big, long, intentional breath every time I hit
⌘ + S
on my keyboard while using Photoshop. Every time I saved my work, during that moment that it takes for the file to save, I pause and take a breath.
My hope is that anyone who clicks this page will pause and take a breath.
