LOGLINE
Sevan, a half-black, half-Armenian young filmmaker from Los Angeles, reluctantly travels to Armenia to attend the opening of school in her deceased father’s honor — a stipulation in his will on which her inheritance is contingent. Throughout her journey to her ancestral homeland — from the streets of Yerevan,  to ancient monasteries, cultural destinations, and remote villages — she forges a bond with her emotionally distant uncle and encounters a vibrant generation of Armenian youth, helping her reconcile her relationship with her father, redefine her unique identity as an Armenian woman, and forge her path as an artist.
